I Am Taking out a Line of Credit

I really need to get some extra money for a few projects I want to get done around the house. Things are just getting outdated, and I’m thinking I may want to expand to get an extra room or two. We’ve got the land for it, but whoever built this thing just wanted as small of a house as possible it seems.
